Pax Christi – Peace Sunday 20 January

The theme for 2019 is “Good politics serves peace”. Every year Pax Christi promotes the Holy Father’s World Peace Day Message on the 2nd Sunday in Ordinary Time. The work of Pax Christi is based on the Gospel and inspired by faith. Our vision is of a world where people can live in peace, without fear of violence in all its forms. Rooted in Catholic Christianity, we work with all who share our values to abolish war and create communities of peace and justice. If you would like to contribute to the work of Pax Christi, donation envelopes are available on the Newsletter stand please return these along with your donation next Sunday, 20th January. Thank You
